The "H" from the title actually stands for "hentai". So yes, this is volume 3 of Yaminabe Junkie's Cloud x Tifa hentai doujin arc. In this particular doujinshi, there are a few really short comedy stories (with ecchi jokes) and two actual manga stories (the main story being a romance hentai CloTi one).
The first story takes place during the undercover mission with Corneo. But instead of choosing the cross-dressing Cloud (which I'm sure all FF7 fans have managed), Corneo chooses Tifa as his "girl of the night". So this leaves Cloud and Aerith to do the rescuing. At first, Cloud is hiding away because he doesn't want to be seen dressed up as a woman. But as soon as Aerith reminds him what Corneo might be doing to Tifa at that moment, he forgets all about his embarrassment and runs off to kill Corneo! Aerith is smart! XD Though Cloud didn't get to much by the time they arrive at Corneo's room since Tifa already beat the pervert up all on her own. So what does Cloud do instead? He stares... and nosebleeds at the sight of Tifa wearing a cute and tight maid outfit! Heh.
The main story begins at the point of the game where the Avalanche members are captured by Shinra and are thrown in jail; Cloud and Tifa in one cell, Barrett and Red XIII in another, and Aerith all alone. We basically have Aerith openly flirting with Cloud through the cell walls, causing Tifa to feel like she is being the third wheel. To make things worst, she can't leave the "couple" alone because she is locked inside the same cell with Cloud. Cloud, however, seems to sense her discomfort and tries to reassure her of his feelings... by seducing her. At first, Tifa tries to resist him. She reasons that if they could hear Aerith's comments to Cloud through the cell walls, the others could surely hear whatever sounds they'll be making. *snickers* But he tells her that he doesn't care because he is only being true to his feelings. And then we get our CloTi lemony goodness here! XD The next morning, the five are somehow able to manage escape. The moment Aerith meets up with the rest, she walks up to Cloud and, with the most innocent smile on her face, tells him, "I won't lose to you." And then she goes happily bouncing off to find Tifa. Basically, Aerith is telling Cloud that she won't give up her best friend (Tifa) to him so easily and she is purposely making Cloud jealous by hanging around with his girl. Wai, wai, wai!!! I LOVE Yaminabe Junkie's portrayal of Aerith!!!
